RESPONSIBILITIES:
.KNOWLEDGE ABOUT LIGHT AND HEAVY VEHICLE SPAREPARTS ESTIMATIONS AND COSTING
.Greeting customers in good manners.
.Will deal with customers, provide estimations, schedule appointments and make quotations.
.Who could be able to handle customer complaints diplomatically and politely.
.Who could be able to clearly explain the mechanics or technician’s repair recommendations to customers while communicating customer needs to technicians or mechanics.
.Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts, advice on warranty protections, potential cost savings and service options to customers.
.Experience in the automotive field is advantageous.
.A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry.
.Proficiency with industry-specific software.
.Could be able to comprehend customers questions and concerns as well as what is being said when technicians or mechanics give complex service recommendations.
.Liaising with service technicians or mechanics about parts ordering and ensuring parts are available when needed.
.Has engineering and mechanical expertise looking over complex technical documents, ordering online and speaking with technicians.
.An associate’s degree in mechanics or a related field may be advantageous.
.Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
.Strong organizational, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
.The ability to communicate with mechanics, customers, and management.
.Can work under pressure.
