With us you will be responsible to:
- Identify, qualify sales opportunities in accordance with the Company Way of Selling Sales Process
- Identify and manage to fulfil the customer requirements and to ensure close sales within set timelines.
- Increase penetration and revenue evolution thru tariff upgrades, consumer to business migration inside existing accounts for every successful call attempt to provide the right customer experience.
- Work collaboratively with field sales throughout the sales cycle to solution deliver to ensure revenue targets are delivered
- Build and manage sales pipeline to ensure a minimum of 4 x sales target, ensuring pipeline health, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, and Customer NPS Score.
- Lead generation from referrals to boost up the pipeline.
- Proactively Retain customer through effective relationship building and churn prevention mechanisms
