Ultimately, you should be able to increase traffic and customer engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies. The position will require creativity, organization, and flexibility.
Design Responsibilities:
- Create engaging text, image, and video content
- Design posts to sustain viewers’ curiosity and create buzz around services
- Oversee social media accounts’ layout
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering traffic and customer engagement metrics
- Research audience preferences and discover current trends
- Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions
- Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
Other Responsibilities:
- Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries (community management)
- Measure traffic and monitor SEO
- Train co-workers to use social media in a cohesive and beneficial way
