- In-depth knowledge of networks with a focus on high-level design and planning. Ideal candidate knows how to collaborate on large-scale projects but can also complete assigned tasks on their own
- To carry out L1,L2, and L3 support activities of the deployed applications
- To act as functional consultant to support the business units and support them in using the systems
- To document the business workflows using IBM BlueWorks
- To develop SharePoint applications, Web Parts, forms, and workflows
- Custom development utilizing Microsoft technologies including .NET Framework, SharePoint (latest versions and 2013), SQL Server
- Additional scripting languages, JavaScript, JQuery, XML
- Support SharePoint applications like access permissions, enhancements, and change requests
- Monitor SharePoint server, performing cleanup and backup on a regular basis
- Provide ongoing support of SharePoint systems including resolution of application systems incidents, root cause analysis of problems, impact analysis, and planning of proposed system upgrades and patches
