Our client in Qatar is looking to hire Head of Total Rewards & HRC
Requirements:
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources or in any other related discipline.
▪ Minimum 8 Years of Experience in related field
▪ To develop and direct implementation of total rewards programs (compensation, benefits, allowances and performance management) that provide a competitive level of pay, motivation, and reward to employees
▪ The incumbent will be responsible for supervising the different sub-divisions and activities such as salary planning and pay increase administration, salary structure management and compensation-related communications.
