- Responsible for the efficiency and deliverables of the Category Management and Innovation and Design functions.
- Responsible for choosing and designing the items of central brands and sharing them will all countries.
- Arrange with the Head of operations about procuring accessories and vases etc-
- Collect feedback on what the local market price points are and adjust the common product mix accordingly .
- Evaluate new category additions & come up with new innovative ideas each month
- Decide when to launch the new products on the website
