Our team is looking to hire talented Food & Beverage Host/Hostess to provide excellent customer service to our clients at Hamad International Airport.
As F&B Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for the food and beverage services of all premium passengers in all parts of the HIA lounges. Ensuring customer satisfaction, being a team player with a positive outlook and a keen eye for details is a must. You will have well developed social skills, to be able to handle all type of people and situation. You will have a high level of versatility and flexibility to meet the the needs and expectations of customers.
Key Accountabilities Include:
Demonstrate an understanding of beverage services, including service of wines, champagnes, cocktails and other beverages to assist customers
Demonstrate a strong understanding of restaurant service, taking food orders, explaining menus and culinary offers.
Understand and demonstrate the importance of upholding the highest personal and professional standards at all times.
You will have a positive and passionate attitude towards customers.
Anticipate the needs and record all special requests, likes and dislikes of passengers.
Report problems and potential situation to the supervisor/manager.
