- Co-ordinates with team leader, implements computer data network plan for User access to main Application Software, Windows NT Server and Unix O/S
- Takes a lead technical role in implementing the new project where network support is required
- Provides support and expertise to network users in installation, problem identification and solution in co-ordination with the other team member
- Responsible for any Hardware migration
- Establishes and controls network access procedures, Internet access, VPN, TGMS and ensure that User Department obtains required service
- Collects and compiles statistics on network usage, network layouts and hardware configuration details and submit to the Management
- Maintains up-to-date inventory of all communication and main hardware installed from time to time
- Continuously liaises and coordinates with concerned units on any operational or network changes
- Responsible for maintaining state-of-the-art Computer room and peripherals
- Responsible for all the remote connections to branches using MPLS or any latest technology
- Prepares analytical reports on the performance of existing network and suggests means to enhance/upgrade machines efficiency
