Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and plan to support our ambitious local market growth targets.
- Build engaging sales materials to broaden the conversation with the client and deepen relationships.
- Enhance brand awareness in the trading industry through consistent and thoughtful presence within the target community.
- Create and Manage Digital Marketing and Graphic Designing related activities.
- Plan and manage comprehensive social media programs, increase presence of senior stakeholders, and build engaging digital content
- Manage to deliver content such as articles, videos, blogs, research reports, whitepapers and infographics that are centered around client needs and showcase as a trusted and best-of-breed partner with a wide range of capabilities
- Work closely with Operations Manager to drive program development and enable localized execution tactics
Drive a standard of excellence across all marketing deliverables, ensuring they add significant value to the business. - Accountable for budget spend per activity and understand financial impact of marketing activities and how this aligns to business goals.
- Conceptualize and produce online and offline collateral for marketing, including social media campaigns, brochures, print and banner ads, Product/ Service sheets, and infographics.
- Create, edit, and deliver videos for various media
- Generate ideas and increase user friendliness in digital products
Ensure brand consistency throughout various marketing projects. - Stay up to date on the latest graphic design techniques
- Execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media,and display advertising campaigns
- Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums
- Conduct keyword research and web statistics reporting
- Contribute to social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns Use web analytics software to monitor the performance of client websites and make recommendations for improvement
- Keep up to date with current digital trends
