Key Job Responsibilities

Preparation of Contracts (New, Renewals & Extensions)

  • Collection of required documents from clients for contract preparation.
  • Provide all client details (client details format via email) to the Contracts In-charge for preparation of contract in Arabic & English.
  • Check the signature of the clients on every page of the contract and to verify the signatures with the related documents.
  • Forward the original contract copies by hand delivery through the driver to AREDC office Contracts Dept for attaining the signature of the GM/DGM and official AREDC stamp along with the Issuance of Key form.
  • Collect one copy of the contract with the documents for filing and recording in the Master List.

 

Monitor the status of the Contracts

  • Preparation of daily reports (Vacancy and Occupancy)
  • Updating list of reports (Vacancy and Occupancy)
  • Making follow-ups through telecom on regular intervals to Tenants two months prior to the expiry of the contract for renewal or non-renewal of contracts.
  • Ensuring that all tenants will revert back with their renewal or non-renewal replies of their respective contracts.
  • Follow-up documents discrepancy and pending payments.
