Overview


Own, lead and drive the continuous development of company best practices to support business sales and operations.


Responsibilities shall include:


1 - Platform implementation and application support for -

  • Credit Control Management
  • Number Management
  • GIS integration for geographic customer data
  • Routing and validation for wired line services
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Network Inventory Management (NWI for Fixed Routing and Validation)
  • Treasury operations and collections
  • Pre-activation prepaid
  • Premium dealers and Mass market sales systems


2 - Technical support for product development business users, including:

  • SIM lots ordering from Manufactures
  • SIM quality testing
  • Manage encryption/decryption process for SIM card
  • Load & Configure different SIM card types and specifications
  • Handle new technologies and type of market change. E.g. Nano, Micro...etc
  • Generate and validate voucher serial number


3 - Pre-activation & commission system process and sales for Prepaid service

  • Ensure the availability of sales stock for company and commissioners
  • Validate Pre-activation process cycle
  • QA for delivered batches to market
  • Reconciliation of pre-activated batches among network elements and CRM systems
  • Interface with live network element to build commission flow for sold services
  • Voucher tracking and commission system


4 - Network elements and number management systems

  • Manage/ develop number life cycle from generation till recycling
  • Manage / develop ETR modules and access
  • Ensure network identifiers availability for sales and customer orders
  • Manage availability of network identifiers among live network elements- switches
  • Handle network identifiers for IP TV & FTTH products
  • Ensure consistency between CRM systems and network identifier
  • Develop and Configure number portability dependencies


5 - Support treasury operations in

  • Day to day reconciliation activities among all payment channels
  • Automate treasury operations to ensure efficiently
  • Build & Customize dashboard reports
  • Coordinate with third party service providers for collection and payments
  • Customizes CRM tool in accordance with process derived specifications and established priorities. Thoroughly tests customization prior to bringing changes in "live system".


6 - Development and maintenance including:

  • Technical design of new products/ change requests
  • All in-house configuration and development of platforms and products/ services
  • Platform and applications maintenance/ modifications based on change requests from market-facing BUs
  • Providing Level 3 customer support (Customer Services call centre being Level 1, NOC within Operations and Maintenance at Level 2, Data Center and Application Platforms Operations within Operations and Maintenance at Level 3).


  • Critical mass of in-house capabilities for development of effective solution design in line with business requirements, and implementing configuration changes in-house for change requests
  • Assist BU Requirement Analysis in development and maintenance of service portfolio for all CRM/ OM related services provided by Application Platform Design and Development
  • Ensure that the CRM & business support applications and platforms are aligned with the overall Technology Architecture
  • Ensure compliance of all CRM & Business support applications and platforms with the security and revenue assurance policies and guidelines provided by Service Assurance and Security team
  • Contribute as a subject matter expert in design methodologies and solution architecture from design perspective
  • Identify testing strategies, tools, priorities and metrics
  • Ensure timely monitoring and management of KPIs in order to meet defined targets, and manage timely reporting of KPIs to the next management level
