Scope: PMO support for a new card launch. Ideally with previous card launch experience within a bank.
Detailed Expectations:
- Develop a launch project plan covering key activities, requirements, responsible stakeholders, target timelines, dependencies and KPIs
The plan shall be structured along the launch readiness assessment framework which consists of the following dimensions:
- CVP/Product development and production
- IT and operations
- Marketing
- Sales & Servicing (sales, distribution, application, onboarding, etc.)
