Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage the team of Merchandisers and Promoters across the company's customer base in the retail channel.
- Ensure basic execution compliance in all stores as per the company policies.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Merchandising team supporting the company's brand strategy.
- Manage and track the performance of the team and ensure the company KPI’s are achieved.
- Train, develop and guide the company's Merchandising Team in order to provide acceptable Corporate Trade Standards across the company's customer base.
- Increasing the Merchandising footprint amongst existing customers currently not being serviced.
