Traffic Safety Officer

Qatar

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect a particular phase of temporary traffic management roadworks to ascertain the layout conforms to plans and specifications and standard methods of work
  • Prepare reports and related correspondence. 
  • Reports incidents of noncompliance to codes and standards, and may recommend corrective actions. 
  • Follows up to confirm implementation of corrective actions.
  • Maintains records of safety audits and inspections, as well as required follow up actions.
  • Coordinates closely with Client's Quality, Health and Safety Department on Safety requirement to minimize construction disruption on site.
  • Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
