Job Responsibilities 1
Principal Accountabilities
\[ Develops sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
\[ Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
\[ Identifies opportunities and grow new business from a variety of large multi national, local and regional organizations to ensure a diverse complimentary mix of events.
Job Responsibilities 2
\[ Establish yearly sales objectives for the department by forecasting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new brands/services
\[ Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
\[ Implement sales programs by developing detailed action plans for team members
\[ Plan to ensure achievement of personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
\[ Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
\[ Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
\[ Take corrective actions when needed to ensure objectives are met
\[ Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
\[ Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition
\[ Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
\[ Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them

Job Knowledge & Skills
\[ Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management
\[ Experience in managing and creating sales contracts
\[ Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
\[ Experience of writing customer proposals for significant deals and grants for significant amounts.
\[ In-depth knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
\[ Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
\[ Knowledge of the local area and local competitors to enhance services/products provided
