Duties and Responsibilities
• Input and process all new products onto the system with complete accuracy and in a timely manner. Ensuring compliance with procedures and effective use of control checks at all times.
• Production of terms and conditions for all products in line with the policies and procedures.
• Assist with testing of new products and ensuring all testing is documented accordingly.
• Assist with the launch of products engaging effectively with internal stakeholders in the sales and marketing teams and external broker sourcing systems.
• Assist with the testing of any new software releases on Activate and identify solutions to any system based problems, logging issues where necessary.
• Carry out any other duties as may be reasonably required including supporting other areas as requested by management and in accordance with company requirements.
