· Manage and control purchasing list for all administrative and operational areas
· Discover the most profitable suppliers and initiate business partnership
· Negotiate contracts and monitoring the quality of service provided
· Approve the ordering of necessary consumables, products or services for proper operations
· Follow up development of purchasing program milestones for opening a facility and for continuous operation
· Supervise and ensure the proper procurement of materials from suppliers, guaranteeing quality, quantity, costs, delivery dates and purchase terms
· Provide regular reports of materials, suppliers, purchase terms, inventories and other activities involved to Finance Department
· Monitor stock levels
· Oversee the control and constant update of materials catalogues and suppliers’ databases
· Review and approve each department’s purchase orders and requisitions
- Manage PO (Purchase Order) Module in established ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system
· Control expenditures and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs
