Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Commercial Management Company for the vessel's movements and operation.
- Proper monitoring for vessels related needs for nautical issues (charts, publication, route deployment)
- In case needed, appoint agents as per vessel needs worldwide.
- In case needed, arrange all bunkers need from suppliers with the purchaser
- Ensure proper fulfillment of the vessels related port documents and per country rules.
- Involved in ship financing projects.
- Close follow-up with the Insurance Officer in all matters related to the vessel's insurance.
