- Checking daily attendance for drivers and car washers and make report to his supervisor
- Replace vehicles to customer and make delivery notes, movements, directions and job cards in and out
- Ensure that all data in delivery notes, directions and gate pass are accurate
- Check and ensure vehicle markings and ensure adherence to fleet maintenance and operational procedures
- Responsible for Drivers leaves management, Attendance and OT, Other administrative kind of activities
- Attention and anticipate to client needs when he enter the operation, excellent customer service and treatment
