- To ensure that no surplus funds are kept in current account by sweeping the funds to pool account.
- To authenticate payments for suppliers and make arrangements to fund the accounts for payments. Effectively involve in the innovative technologies and assist Treasury Supervisor with the implementation of such technologies.
- To ensure that all the Cash/Banking transactions have duly been recorded. Ensure all reconciliation.
- To ensure that all the cash collections have duly been deposited in Banks. Also study, recommend and assist in implementing E-banking solutions.
- To ensure that all the cash transactions have duly been reconciled in system.
- To ensure that fidelity and money insurance for all the Cashiers have duly been put in place.
- To liaise with Bank for getting confirmation of payments and to seek SWIFT messages wherever required.
- To maintain suppliers’ payments/LCs settlement information in order to assist the Management in FOREX risk management.
- To ensure that all the Cashiers’ set-ups are being maintained efficiently and to sort out any issue relating to Cashiering set-ups.
