The EDIT Team manages the production systems and tools used by the digital editorial teams. We are a collaboration of journalists and product thinkers who oversee, design and implement the tools and processes used to create and deliver content to our digital audiences. We collaborate closely with editorial, technology and operations teams to improve workflows, set best practices and provide instructional support for new products. We introduce new tools and innovate on existing processes to best position our newsrooms to adapt as our industry changes.
The Editorial Product Manager will start by assisting with the building and implementation of a centralized production management system enabling editorial collaboration across all digital products within the media house. They will work across editorial, product and business groups to define global and local workflows as well as promote the vision of a unified organization coordinated by data-powered collaboration. They will be a key player in training an international group of journalists on tools that empower their work.
