- Managing the site supervision & Office Support Team
- Monitor Project Progress
- Solving day to day site issues
- Review of material submittals, Method statement, etc..
- Review of shop drawings (along with concerned engineers)
- Review of programs, procurement logs and engineering schedules
- Attending site inspections upon IR submissions (along with concerned engineers)
- Review of As-Built documents for authorities compliance (along with concerned engineers)
- Coordination with client, contractor and concerned stake holders
- Charing and issuing minutes of meetings with client, contractor and concerned stake holders
- Attending testing and commissioning of systems
- Initiating and attending pertinent authority inspections (along with concerned engineers)
- Being present during all inspections and signing-off Inspection request
- Advising on resolving the comments raised by Authorities
- Re-inspecting to ensure the compliance with the comments of Authorities
