Accounting Services (Finance Dept) for Treasury Session
Position : 1
Contract Duration – 1 Year
Work Location - Qatar
Industry : Hospital Industry.
Candidate who are available in QATAR forward your Updated Cv along with Experience Certificates + Education Certificates.
Experience : 10 Years & above out of which 5 Years & above experience working in Treasury Management.
5 Year & above Accounting Experience
5 Year & above Accounting Experience in Hospital / Healthcare
5 Year & above Accounting Experience in Government Organisation.
Proven Experience in Payment Process & Bank Reconciliation in Oracle EBS R12 environment.
Preferred Arabic Speaker, Experience in Medical Industry.
Proven Experience in closing book of Accounts in General Ledger Oracle EBS
Education Qualification :
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance from recognized Universities.
Preference will be given to candidate having Professional Certificate in Accounting or Master’s in Finance & Accounting.
Skills
Should have worked in recognized ERP system like Oracle, SAP etc for a minimum of 10 years
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
Strong Interpersonal skills and Good Communication skills.
High Level of Analytical and problem solving skills.
Adequate presentation skills for educating clients on procedures to be followed.
Good Planning and organization skills to balance and prioritise work.
Duties and responsibilities
Bank Reconciliation
Monthly closing and reporting of the Treasury
Prepare all payment documents (Wire Transfer and Cheque) and ensure that they bear relevant approvals before sending them to the Bank.
Monitor electronic advices from Bank to ensure that accurate and prompt payments have been transacted by the Bank.
Bookkeeping and recording of all payments in accounting records.
