- Identify training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments
- Liaising with managers and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs
- Prepare and deliver training courses in line with the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and in compliance with the company guidelines.
- Manage the delivery of training and development programmes
- Ensure that statutory training requirements are met
- Evaluate training and development programmes
- Research and coordinate with external training providers when needed in order to outsource training Programs.
- Keep track of training costs and participate in the preparation of reports in order to justify expenditures.
- Supervising and monitoring progress made via training programmes or schemes
