Open Position : SAP HCM Trainer / Analyst


Qualification

Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Computer Science from an accredited university

 

Minimum Experience in a Similar Role (in Year(In years)

Functional experience as SAP HCM Functional Consultant with 3- 5 years


Company is looking for a well experienced SAP HCM trainer / Analyst to handle the continuous training and functional support activities and implementation of enhancements tasks of SAP HCM applications mainly built on:

  • SAP HCM
  • SAP E-recruitment

 

The candidate is requested to fulfil the following expectations:

  • To carry out SAP HCM users training and daily guidance activities
  • To act as functional consultant to support the business units and support them in using the systems
  • To document the business workflows using IBM BlueWorks
  • Act as first point of contact for users enquires and support throughout the daily HR operations
  • Insure smooth and accurate data updation is performed by users and data validity on HR systems
  • Provide timely functional support to HR team throughout the daily operations.
  • Be fully engaged in Company HR – Recruitment operations as a functional and process consultant.


Job Qualification & Specifications.

  • Expertise in business process analysis, blue printing, configuring, customizing, and go live support for Personnel Administration (PA), Organization Management (OM), Time Management, HCM (Webdynpro) Forms, E -Recruitment, ESS, MSS, and LSO.
  • Expertise in ASAP methodology and analyzing “AS IS” and “TO BE” status of the client and suggesting the solutions best suited for the implementation and up gradation.
  • Expertise in Functional Specifications, testing, end user training, documentation and support activities.
  • Minimum experience with 3 support projects and handled End user Training and support activities on E – Recruitment and LSO
  • Experience in troubleshooting issues, and making changes in configuration where applicable and working with ABAP developer for code changes to resolve errors and smooth functioning of the application
  • Experience in testing support pack and enhancement pack for HCM (PA, OM, HCM Forms and process, LSO, and E-recruiting) modules. Along with fixing issues either by system configuration/ and applying specific notes suggested by SAP.
  • Experience in Solution Manager module of SAP for issue login, maintaining documentation, changing status , and following through different stage before the transports are moved to production and issue is being closed
  • Thorough knowledge of the different stages of a project and well developed aptitude for meeting deadlines, recognizing potential bottlenecks and taking the required corrective action.
  • Strengths include strong understanding of the business processes, and translation of business requirements into SAP solutions in the most cost effective and client servicing manner.
  • A team player with an excellent communication, written, interpersonal, leadership, and presentation skills with strong analytical ability and problem solving capability.
  • Hands on experience in managing day to day activities of End user transaction and support.
