Job Description

·         Customer experience management: Be responsible for the experience of customers in the managed area after they enter the store. Provide professional services to improve consumers' recognition of products and brands, prolong the time spent in the store, and improve the store atmosphere. 

•    Consumer observation: Collect VOCs through consumer communication and provide feedback for service, product, and store operation improvement 

•     

Key business activities 

 

·         Customer service: Provide a comfortable shopping experience environment for customers through the entire process of customer reception, such as welcome to the store, process reception, solution provision, and greetings for leaving the store.

·         Product and brand explanation: Explain products and functions based on customer requirements to make them better understand products. Communicate with customers on multiple topics, establish brand and customer relationships, and transfer the brand culture and value to customers.

·         Assist sales: When customers have consumption requirements, recommend appropriate products based on the actual situation of customers and help them quickly obtain products and make statements smoothly to obtain a good shopping experience.

Social media platform operations: Implement Huawei social media live broadcast arrangements. Operate company and personal social media platforms to expand brand
