Graphic Designer- Billingual - 360 Nautica
-Ability to work with multiple stake holders & teams, understand project functions, requirements, and work flow
-Should be able to create designs in both English & Arabic
-Strategically agile, should be able to anticipate future trends and consequences
-In-depth knowledge & experience of the creative design tools & software
-Technical knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrater, etc
-Ability of training team members and transfering knowledge
-Playing a senior consultative creative role for projects by providing a holistic overview & a detailed understanding
-Establish a clear structure for the day to day management of the studio
-Proposing and reviewing all creative content
-Provide creative design for all channels including website, digital advertising, email, social media and video
-Management with art director for the operational running of the studio
-Mentoring teams and playing a leading role for key projects
-Champion of company manifesto & brand.
