With us you will:
- Be responsible for complex Enterprise services and products design to meet EBU demands, his/her job is to manage internal and external stakeholders to deliver efficient solutions that meets complex customers’ requirements. This job requires proven experience with multi-domain solutions and converged Technologies as well as extensive knowledge of Telecom Services and Service Provider Solutions/Products.
- The Enterprise Solutions Architect is accountable and responsible for Enterprise Service design during Presales, HLD and LLD phases.
- Responsible to review technical bids and tenders and assign tasks to internal and external stakeholders.
- Accountable to align with and obtain the necessary approvals from Networks, Security, IS and Operations teams for complex solutions and Enterprise products.
- Manages internal and external stakeholders during design phases to ensure timely responses.
- Runs, reviews and evaluate RFPs with external suppliers/vendors.
- Review and validate all Enterprise Service related proposals from outsourced partners in light of customer requirements, network quality & cost efficiency.
- Provide the SOW, HLD/LLD, BoQ with costs and a project schedule for the complex multi-domain solution.
- Support budget planning for Enterprise projects and ensuring efficient use of company’s CAPEX, direct costs & OPEX budget.
- Supports Enterprise presales team in VIP customers’ meetings.
- Delivers presentations for complex multi-domain Fixed and converged enterprise solutions.
