We are looking for an experienced and high-energy Senior Manager to lead our Mass market Sales team. The successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. With us you will drive the growth of sales and successful execution of approved strategies, required to achieve Vodafone financial targets.
Key Accountabilities:
- Achieve annual targets, building relationships with distributors across Indirect channels (distribution) and Key Accounts
- Lead and develop Mass Market Sales and Distribution channels, appointing new channel partners and formulate their business plans to increase business volume and share of wallet of the assigned distributors and re-sellers
- Maximize the net acquired revenue in all sales channels
- Work closely with colleagues on cross-territory opportunities and other internal teams on marketing materials and cause studies
- Develop sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees
- Manage, coach, counsel and discipline employees. Plan & monitor their results and achievements.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
