The incumbent is responsible for:
¨ Ensuring that QIMC’s operations are conducted in accordance with established and approved auditing and accounting standards and in accordance with approved processes and procedures;
¨ Leading or conducting performance, financial and compliance audit projects according to approved internal audit methodology for QIMC and subsidiaries;
¨ Providing key input into the development of QIMC’s annual audit plan;
¨ Reviewing operating efficiency and measures attainment of corporate objectives by various functions and business processes;
¨ Highlighting deviations from laid down standards to management for necessary corrective action and reviewing compliance with the same; and
Maintaining all QIMC and professional ethical standards and working independently under general supervision with considerable latitude for initiative and independent judgment.
Detailed Roles and Responsibilities:
OPERATIONAL
¨ Assessing risks faced by the company and selecting areas for detailed audits annually;
¨ Preparing an Annual Audit Plan, as per selected functions to be audited, and presenting it to the Audit and Risk Committee for approval;
¨ Conducting Internal Audits as per approved Audit Plan and programs and identifying improvement opportunities;
¨ Leading the provision of compliance services in moderately complex/specialized areas of operations to ensure that adequate compliance and control exist in line with QIMC’s policies and procedures and regulatory requirements;
¨ Reviewing internal controls through audits and supporting the company to improve processes with right controls in place;
¨ Preparing reports for the Audit and Risk Committee;
¨ Perform audit procedures, including identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documenting auditee processes and procedures;
¨ Conduct interviews, review documents, develop and administer surveys, compose summary memos, and prepare working papers;
¨ Identify, develop, and document audit issues and recommendations using independent judgment concerning areas being reviewed;
¨ Communicate or assist in communicating the results of audit and special projects via written reports and oral presentations to management;
¨ Pursue professional development opportunities, including trainings and professional association memberships;
¨ Recommend corrective actions, in case of discrepancies noted in order to ensure adherence to the internal audit strategy supporting QIMC’s business objectives;
¨ Perform investigations as and when required;
¨ Coordinate with External Auditors on all Audit assignments within QIMC; and
¨ Carry out all other duties in the area of Internal Audit services as and when requested by Board.
يتولى شاغل الوظيفة تنفيذ المهام التالية:
¨ ضمان تنفيذ العمليات التشغيلية للشركة القطرية للصناعات التحويلية بالشكل الذي يتوافق مع معايير التدقيق والمحاسبة المعمول بها والمعتمدة بالإضافة إلى الإجراءات والممارسات المعتمدة والمتبعة من قبل الشركة
¨ إدارة أو تنفيذ المشاريع التي تهدف إلى قياس الأداء، التدقيق المالي والالتزام بالشكل الذي يتوافق مع منهجية التدقيق الداخلي المعتمدة للشركة القطرية للصناعات التحويلية والشركات التابعة
¨ توفير المعلومات الرئيسية بغرض إعداد خطة التدقيق السنوية للشركة القطرية للصناعات التحويلية
¨ مراجعة الفعالية التشغيلية وقياس مدى تحقيق الوظائف المختلفة وإجراءات العمل لأهداف الشركة
¨ تسليط الضوء على الفروق التي تطرأ مقارنة بمعايير الإدارة الموضوعة وذلك لاتخاذ إجراءات التصحيح اللازمة ومراجعة الالتزام بها
الحفاظ على المعايير الموضوعة من قبل الشركة القطرية للصناعات التحويلية والمعايير المهنية والأخلاقية والعمل باستقلالية تحت إشراف عام مع حرية معقولة من العمل وذلك للتمكن من الوصول إلى الحكم المستقل
2. المهام والمسؤوليات بالتفصيل:
تشغيلية
¨ تقييم المخاطر التي تواجهها الشركة واختيار المجالات التي سيتم تدقيقها بالتفصيل سنوياً
¨ إعداد خطة تدقيق سنوية وفقاً للوظائف المختارة التي سيتم تدقيقها وعرض الخطة على لجنة التدقيق والمخاطر لاعتمادها
¨ تنفيذ عمليات التدقيق الداخلي وفقاً لخطة وبرامج التدقيق المعتمدة وتحديد فرص التحسين
¨ إدارة عملية تقديم خدمات الالتزام في مجالات التشغيل المعقدة/المتخصصة لضمان وجود الالتزام والرقابة المناسبة بما يتوافق مع سياسات وإجراءات الشركة القطرية للصناعات التحويلية والمتطلبات القانونية
¨ مراجعة الرقابة الداخلية من خلال عمليات التدقيق ومساعدة الشركة في تحسين الإجراءات والتأكد من وجود رقابة صحيحة
¨ رفع التقارير إلى لجنة التدقيق والمخاطر
¨ تنفيذ إجراءات التدقيق والتي تتضمن تحديد الأمور، إعداد المعايير، مراجعة وتحليل الأدلة وتوثيق الإجراءات والمجالات التي تم التدقيق عليها
¨ إجراء المقابلات، مراجعة المستندات، إعداد وإدارة الاستبيانات، إعداد المذكرات الموجزة وأوراق العمل
¨ تحديد، إعداد وتوثيق مجالات التدقيق والتوصيات باستخدام الحكم المستقل فيما يتعلق بالمجالات التي يتم التدقيق عليها
¨ رفع أو المساعدة في رفع نتائج التدقيق ونتائج المشاريع الخاصة من خلال التقارير الخطية والشفهية لعرضها على الإدارة
¨ متابعة فرص التطور المهني والتي تتضمن برامج التدريب والعضوية بالمؤسسات المهنية
¨ التوصية بإجراءات التصحيح في حالة ملاحظة اختلافات وفروق لضمان الالتزام باستراتيجية التدقيق الداخلي وذلك لمساعدة ودعم أهداف العمل المحددة من قبل الشركة
¨ إجراء التحريات اللازمة عندما يتطلب الأمر
¨ التنسيق مع المدققيين الخارجيين فيما يتعلق بجميع ارتباطات التدقيق التي يتم تنفيذها بالشركة القطرية للصناعات التحويلية
¨ تنفيذ جميع المهام الأخرى في مجالات خدمات التدقيق الداخلي حسب طلب مجلس الإدارة
