We are looking for an experienced Administration/ Business Development Officer to supervise the day to day operations of a leading Design/ Fit Out/ Manufacturing Company based in Doha, Qatar
Responsibilities:
- Developing, reviewing, Maintaining and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Develop policies and procedures for the business development and marketing.
- Streamline Marketing/ Digital marketing processes of the brand.
- Lead the HR operations of the company of which includes Hiring of new employees, Orientation, taking corrective actions when necessary, Employee relations, Payroll, Maintenance and renewal of documents and records.
- Plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
- Provide standard clerical duties such as preparation of Quotations, mailing, communicating with clients, Prospects, international vendors etc.
- Respond professionally to all incoming communications, such as phone calls and emails representing and dignifying the company
- Distribute, filtering and forwarding communications to proper individuals and departments
- Create written and typed reports, memos, documents and business letters etc
