Receptionist
Duties and responsibilities shall include, but not limited to, the following:
1. Delivering excellent customer service at all times;
2. Welcoming visitors / guests, in person or on the telephone;
3. Answering / forwarding / referring inquiries and phone calls;
4. Directing visitors by maintaining employee and department directories;
5. Maintaining a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations;
6. Booking meetings and arranging couriers;
7. Contributing to team effort by accomplising related results, as needed;
8. Performing other related functions from time to time as directed by management.
