Job Responsibilities 1
Principal Accountabilities - Review upcoming landscape projects and scheduling - Monitor job sites for quality and assist crews on job sites if needed - Train new employees - Setup of deliveries and equipment - Work with sales and other divisions as needed - Check sites for project completion - Attend management meetings - Other duties as assigned - Create landscape plans according to clients' requirements - Ensure quality of landscaping is acceptable to clients - Manage all aspects of the project including planning daily work activities and scheduling work crews - Manage on-site workers and contractors working on the landscape project - Meet with clients to understand their landscaping requirements - Train workers on safety procedures when working with equipment and tools - Oversee different equipment, from hand tools like rakes and shovels to motorized vehicles, such as lawn mowers and trucks.
