Lead -Social Media - 360 Nautica
- Experience in handling client social media accounts
- Meeting the client representatives on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Develop strategic digital vision for clients based on business objectives and shifting market patterns in alignment with the regional digital business growth plan.
- Develop and manage successful campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat & Google to boost up client’s pages and sales in terms of followers and ROI.
- Manage the in-house social media team and monitor all their input in terms of content, posting, responding to negative feedback (comments) and schedule the live coverage events in shifts.
- Evaluate the in-house social media team on a monthly basis in terms of performance, productivity and the ability to complete the assigned tasks and assist accordingly.
- Manage the graphic design team for developing the social media artwork (video, image, gif) and website ad banners.
- Monitor all digital art outcome for Social Media and make sure it fits the social media latest standards.
- Raising awareness of the client’s services and the number of engagements, likes/followers on their social media pages using Google AdWords, Facebook, Snapchat and Instagram creative marketing ads.
- Organize with the company photographer weekly and monthly photo sessions for client’s services.
- Co-ordinates with the finance department in the invoicing process.
- Create social media/digital services presentations for targeted future clients.
- Book social media influencers to cover important events
- Cover all important events for clients and the company on Social Media platforms.
- Compile reports for management showing results (ROI).
- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
- Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the company. Report notable threats to appropriate management.
- Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into Recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO and social advertising campaigns.
- Responsible for all media bookings (online & offline).
- Increase the hits to client’s website using
- Google AdWords and reduce the bounce rate.
