Financial Operations Senior Accountant - Vodafone Qatar
Role Purpose:
- Full responsibility on Procure to Pay (P2P) operations, including daily and month end reporting & reconciliations
- Supervise Travel & Expense SSC team to ensure smoothness of employee expenditure payments while maintaining the required group controls
- Spot and Improve processes within FinOps area specially in P2P, RE and T&E
- Act as focal point for 400+ vendors and ensure healthy relationship with critical partners
- Maintain internal controls within the organization to ensure no Internal/External audit points outstanding
- Take initiatives to increase awareness within the organization regarding P2P process and Goods Receipting process
- Ensure Leases process smoothness and compliance group and local process – IFRS 16
- Handle Accounts Payables daily activities
- Handle Leases and Real Estate daily activities
- Handle Travel & Expenses daily activities
