Facilities Audit Engineer - Alfardan Properties
- Undertake conditioned based audit of properties and all the facilities management assets within each property
- Assess the operational readiness level of each property in accordance to the operational policies and procedures of the property management and the supporting engineering and security functions
- Analyze audit findings, identify technical defects or non- compliant practices based on an audit trail of evidences to support the assessment outcome
- Communicate the audit findings through an audit closing meeting and follow by preparation of a detailed audit report written in a simple and unambiguous form in accordance to requirements determined by the prevailing technical audit procedures
- Operate and maintain the company’s Quality Management System in accordance to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 standards and to ensure continued certification is attained in each half-yearly surveillance audit
- Perform the functions of a Quality Auditor and concurrently as the Document Controller for the Quality Management System
- Develop and conduct trainings to create awareness of the Quality Management System and Facilities Management Service and Technical Quality standards
- Assist the Regional Head of Technical Audit in setting and meeting the department’s functional objectives
- Any other duties as assigned
