Compensation/Rewards analyst - Candidzone Qatar
- Experience in conducting Job Evaluation ( Prefer with `Hays Methodology ` - tool, if not with any other tools )
- Knowledge in Market pricing, compensation survey etc
- Thorough knowledge in designing Job Description, which includes scope for review, updating, and the records etc.
- Knowledge of Performance Management
- Preferably with SAP exposure and advance level in Excel
- One month or less notice period
